Pregnancy can be safe after a tummy tuck, but you should allow a least a year after your surgery before conceiving. Ideally, you should be done with pregnancies before getting a tummy tuck. If you plan to get pregnant or are pregnant after a tummy tuck, be sure to discuss your plans with your ob-gynecologist, who will give you informed advice based on your medical history.
